Terms and Conditions

1. Registration

  • Registration is confirmed only upon full payment.

  • All participants must provide accurate information during registration.

  • Seats are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Workshop Content

  • Prabhaavik Production reserves the right to make changes to the workshop content, format, schedule, or facilitators without prior notice.

  • Any such changes will be communicated as early as possible.

3. Participant Conduct

  • Participants are expected to maintain respectful and professional behavior throughout the workshop.

  • Disruptive or inappropriate conduct may result in removal from the session without a refund or rescheduling.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All materials provided during the workshop, including handouts, presentations, and recordings (if any), are the intellectual property of Prabhaavik Production.

  • Reproduction, distribution, or sharing of any workshop content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

5. Photography & Recording

  • Prabhaavik Production may take photos or videos during the workshop for promotional use.

  • By attending, participants consent to the use of their images or recordings unless they request otherwise in writing before the event.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • No refunds are provided under any circumstances.

  • If a participant notifies us at least 14 days before the workshop date, they may transfer their registration to a future batch (subject to availability).

  • Cancellations within 14 days of the workshop or no-shows are non-transferable and will be forfeited.

7. Organizer Cancellations

  • In the unlikely event that Prabhaavik Production cancels a workshop, participants will be given the choice of:

    • A full refund, or

    • The option to transfer to a future batch.

8. Liability

  • Prabhaavik Production is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the workshop.

  • Participation is at the attendee’s own risk.

9. Privacy Policy

  • Participant information will be used solely for communication related to the workshop and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
